Roger Petrie

President & CFO

Roger began his career in the mechanical engineering field, where he held various engineering positions throughout Missouri until 1984, when he changed his career path. Since that time Roger has accumulated over 32 years of experience in the HVAC field. In 1986, he and his family moved to Fresno, California, where he later became a member of UA Local 246 – Plumbers, Pipe, Steam & Refrigeration Fitters, and attended the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program, receiving his Journeyman card in 1994. During this time, Roger’s work expanded into the Commercial/Industrial HVAC field, including controls. Roger also served as an Instructor at the UA Local Union #246 Joint Apprenticeship Training School. After years of worsening knee problems, Roger was forced to have partial knee replacement surgery in 2003, and was told by the surgeon that he could not return to the field. While recovering from surgery, Roger served as the Refrigeration & Controls Instructor at San Joaquin Valley College. At this point, Roger pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Fresno Pacific University. Since graduation, Roger has served as Service Manager and Operations Manager at multiple companies.

In 2016, Roger was honored to join four of his colleagues, all extremely talented in their specialized areas, to form Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc., where he serves as President and Chief Financial Officer.

Roger resides with Tammy, his wife of 38 years, in Fresno. They have been blessed with three adult married children and six grandchildren. In addition to attending T-ball and soccer games to watch his grandchildren, Roger enjoys playing golf, venturing into the mountains on his newly acquired motorcycle with his two sons and son-in-law, target shooting, and watching his St. Louis Cardinals. He and his wife attend Peoples Church in Fresno.

Sue Rohde

Vice-President of Sales Divison

Sue moved to Fresno in 1974 from a small valley community town – Porterville, California. Since that time, she has been employed in the air conditioning and heating industry. Three years later she was asked to work for a new HVAC start-up company. Sue was in charge of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billings and Payroll Department. After 25 years with the same company, she had an opportunity to move into Maintenance Sales and Customer Service Division with a larger, reputable company in Fresno. Sue remained in this position for 13 years, always looking for ways to strengthen and increase her customer base. In 2016, Sue had the opportunity to venture out with four talented colleagues to begin her journey as Vice President – Sales Division, of Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc.

Sue continues to reside in Fresno. She has three adult children and has also been blessed with 10 grandchildren who keep her very busy with their sports and daily activities. When not working or watching sports, Sue likes to travel with friends and family. Sue attends Cross City Church in Fresno.

eric Dhillon

Vice-President of Projects

Eric has spent over twenty years in the field servicing and installing HVAC systems of all types and sizes. He started his career as an installer in 1992, before he moved into Service, working his way up into project management, and later into service management. For a few years, Eric also enjoyed sharing his knowledge as an evening class Instructor at a local private college. After 15 years in the industry, Eric joined the UA Local 246 Union. At that time, he was given the option to enter the Union as a Journeyman, which he declined. Instead, Eric elected to enter as an Apprentice in hopes of furthering his knowledge base and earning his Journeyman card. Due to Eric’s extensive and diverse field experience, most who know him or have worked with him, would call him an independent thinker who spends very little time “inside the box”. Eric enjoys the challenge of being a problem solver and taking on projects that others have declined to work on.

In 2016, Eric will tell you, he teamed up with some of the best and brightest minds in the HVAC Industry. Together they formed Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc.

Eric resides with Michelle, his wife of 22 years, in his hometown of Sanger. Together they have two adult children. They are also blessed with one grandson. Besides enjoying time with their grandson, who is a bundle of energy, Eric enjoys hunting, target shooting, fishing, and generally anything outdoors. Eric and his wife attend the Sanger Faith Community Church in Sanger, where Eric serves as a Board Member. He and his wife also serve as directors of separate ministries. They are making plans to do overseas missionary work in the coming years.
